How can I make sure my Citizen Watch remains water resistant?

Water resistance is not a permanent feature of your timepiece. The rubber gaskets utilized in sealing your watch will deteriorate over time. These gaskets can experience accelerated deterioration if your timepiece is exposed to salt or chlorinated water, soaps or chemicals. The manufacturer recommends having the gaskets replaced in your timepiece every 18 months, yearly if your watch is exposed to salt or chlorinated water, soaps or chemicals.

We are happy to offer you a FREE pre-paid US Mail label, fully insured, to send your timepiece in for service. The evaluation and estimate are FREE. Decide not to repair your watch? We will return it to you at NO CHARGE. None. Nada. Zilch!
